Accessing and using this website (albaclinica.com.mx), operated by Alba Digital Software y Soluciones en Salud Mental S.A. de C.V. ("Alba Digital," "we," "us"), constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Purpose of the site

This site is informational: it introduces Alba Clínica, Alba Digital's clinical product family (Alba Clinical Dashboard and Alba Patient Companion), and offers a way for health professionals to request early access. This site does not provide clinical services, does not constitute medical advice, and does not replace the professional-patient relationship. A clinic's use of Alba Clinical Dashboard or Alba Patient Companion is governed by its license agreement and corresponding privacy notices, not by these website Terms of Use.

3. Intellectual property

The "Alba Clínica" name, the "Alba Clinical Dashboard" and "Alba Patient Companion" names, logos, design, text, images, and other content on this site are owned by Alba Digital or used under license, and are protected under Mexico's Federal Copyright Law and Federal Law for the Protection of Industrial Property. Reproducing, distributing, publicly communicating, or transforming this content, in whole or in part, without Alba Digital's prior written authorization is prohibited, except as permitted by law.

4. Honest status

One of our principles is to state clearly what stage each product is in: Alba Clinical Dashboard is in closed beta and Alba Patient Companion is in pilot, as indicated on the site. Information, figures (such as the number of automated tests), and product descriptions reflect their status as of the publication date and may change as development progresses. Nothing on this site should be read as a guarantee of immediate availability, definitive regulatory compliance for your particular clinic, or completion of the features described.

5. Use of the site

You agree to use this site and its contact form lawfully: without attempting to breach its security, without submitting unlawful, offensive, or spam content, and without using automated means to scrape the site at scale.

This site links to albadigital.com.mx and digitaldawnstudios.com, both operated by Alba Digital. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites this site may link to.
